  • Being easily fatigued.
  • Difficulty concentrating on task due to worrisome thoughts.
  • Difficult to control or stop worry.
  • Excessive anxiety and worry and apprehensive expectations.
  • Excessive worry about routine tasks or family members.
  •  Feelings of muscle tension.

Physical distress such as nausea or diarrhea, urinary frequency, cold clammy hands, dry mouth, sweating, or feeling a lump in the throat or difficulty swallowing.
